    Hi Tony,

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    The PDF font plays a vital role in rendering the characters on the invoice PDF.
    Can you please try changing the PDF font to “AR PL New Sung” (as it supports Chinese characters) and check if the PDF shows up perfectly?

    I am currently using AR PL New Sung and face the problem. I guess this font can not fully support traditional Chinese. There are two type of Chinese, traditional and Simplified. China is using Simplified Chinese while Hong Kong and Taiwan are using Traditional Chinese.
