    With reference to EXPENSE REFUNDS, I don't need to know the vendor names, etc., but I do need to be able to create accurate reports and summaries. If Zoho is unable to record expense refunds then what is the point in having pie charts and summary tools on the dashboard? They will be completely wrong!
