I just want to be able to make a regular invoice and then to have a field for deposit percentage amount and then zoho to do the formula to show the deposit amount and the due date.
thats not too much.

Honestly, the retainer has no info at all for the client to view, no breakdown or costs like a regular invoice.
It is a lazy invoice, totally useless.
