    Hello everyone,

    Zoho Invoice can help you generate the ‘Payments Received’ and ‘Expense details’ report but it doesn’t have the ability to generate a’ Profit and Loss’ report as such. However, you can easily do this with Zoho Books.

    Zoho Books is a single application that can help you with both invoicing and bookkeeping (and hence comes with P&L report). If you already have a Zoho Invoice organization, migrating to Zoho Books is such a breeze. You can refer this link to know the exact steps:
    https://www.zoho.com/invoice/kb/general/upgrade-to-zoho-books.html

    If you have any questions, you can drop an email to support[at]zohoinvoice[dot]com

    Regards,
    Reshma

    This is a must have report for any business. We need this ASAP. It doesn't have to be that detailed, it just needs to list to income by category (sales) and total expenses by category with a an overall profit or loss calculation. It would also be great to have this included on the dashboard.

    Hi Geoff,

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    We have recently rolled out an enhancement that can serve as a good workaround to your requirement.

    You can now print/email the customer statements of up to ‘25’ contacts in bulk.

    To try this out:
    - Navigate to the “Contacts” tab;
    - Select the contacts whose statements you need to print/email;
    - Set a date range (The transactions created within this date range will be included in the statement);
    - Go for the “Send customer statements” or “Print customer statements” option.

    Give it a spin and send your feedback to support[at]zohoinvoice[dot]com

    Regards,
    Reshma.
