    Like this idea, currently the only way to do this is project by project, this report is very usefull to check the rates for users assigned to the projects.

    At this moment even a created role with all acces get the message :
    (as time sheet user you can not complete this action (in dutch: Als personeelgebruiker kunt u deze actie niet uitvoeren. Neem voor hulp a.u.b. contact op met uw beheerder)

    while the same user is allowed to add a task to a project via project -. change -> add task
