    For us, the flow is Estimate > Sales Order > Retainer Invoice > Payments > Purchase Order > Bill > SO to Invoice (against Retainer) > Delivery.
    Would be good to convert SO to Retainer and see a trail through all steps. Generally, Retainer is quite basic, can't even select products....
