In India, Batch Number is always in Capital letters, while putting the batch details the automatic capslock on should be there.

Item History per customer Accessible in the Sales Order
Create a link to Customer Item History in the sales order entery screen so that we can see what customers ordered on their last order. Any business handling a lot of repeat orders for the same items (just different quantities and mixes of the products each time) would find this feature an absolute requirement to use Zoho. Order entry clerks should not have to go into Reports and generate a report just to see the history.

Organization address
Currently there is only one field for Organisation address.
In our case we need at least two Organization Adress fileds : in Cyrillic and in Latin.

The categories is for tracking the items, but there is not categories structures on advance search
The category module is very simple and regular on most of ERP, especially in inventory management software. but ZOHO Inventory totally failed, please check what happened.

Access to Assigned Customers only
We have some sales people who are working for us and access Zoho inventory and Zoho CRM app. They are allowed to access Customers, SO, Invoice & Packages. With this access they can see all the transactions of company but we want to give them access to only their assigned customers as per the ownership assigned in CRM.

we are a mfr. we would like a way to see the total weight of a sales order after we have entered the items. we need to be able to quote or estimate shipping costs for our customers. to do a reasonable estimate we need to know the total weight (and also ship to which we already know). (All of our items already have weights assigned to them)

Allow PDF attachments to inventory, not just "images"
Please allow posting of PDF pages to Inventory items. Most all vendors have PDF catalog pages these days. It is a lot of silly/extra work to take screenshots and post these to an inventory Item.

Add a tracking, and the active tracker feature to dropshipments.
Currently, you cannot add a tracking number to a dropshipped purchase order, which also means you cannot use the active tracker. Adding in a tracking function to drop shipments would be very helpful.

Provide the ability to EDIT any "composite" item directly from within Zoho Commerce.
Currently, you are ONLY able to edit standard items or "parent items." There is no way to directly edit any composite item from within Zoho Commerce, forcing you to separately open up the item in Zoho Inventory. This has become a large hindrance in trying to manage our Zoho Commerce Store. Esp because some (commerce related) fields are NOT even available in the Zoho-Inv Edit page. Thanks much!
