Be able to select a different printer for each document type
It would save a lot of time to be able to specify which printer is required for each document type.
For example, I need Invoices to be printed on a colour printer, postage labels on a 6x4 label printer and internal documents to be printed on a monochrome laser printer (to save ink cost).
Quickbooks (desktop version) allows this to be done.

The appropriate system printer can then be chosen to save having to specify a printer when a document (Invoice, shipping label etc) needs to be printed.
This facility exists in QuickBooks desktop and you are able to select how many copies are printed also. This saves a lot of time.
