Add phone number or custom fields to PO template header
Having our phone number & email address shown prominently in the header of Purchase Orders would be helpful.

The requirement can be met with the help of placeholders in purchase order template

Thank you for writing to us.
You can add placeholders in the Purchase order template and customize it as per your preference. All you have to do is select the particular template and then click on edit. You can change the content in the header, item table, footer, etc.
