inventory is not the Zoho strong side and its the backbone of every business. . we need this feature extremely urgent.

This is a necessity, We may stop our implementation due to this. it is a standard on other software, and a necessity for our business. You can add unit of measure conversion to items so it can be defined at that level...we need action on this ASAP.

any staus, please. we all need to call Zoho and request it over the phone so they will rush it.

In addition to my comment. Suppliers have a different barcode for the box and a different barcode for one piece for that reason.
I was shocked when I found out that zoho doesn’t have this functionality after we finished the implementation.
Most of accounting packages have this feature as a standard.

This costing us lots of time and human errors.

Please have this feature asap

This function is extremely important. We buy from suppliers in boxes and we sell to our customers in pieces.
It is so much time consuming to convert our supplier bills from boxes to pieces for each item every time we need to enter a bill in Zoho inventory.
Also we cannot use purchase order because suppliers want to see quantity and price per box not per piece. However our customers want to see quantity and price per piece.

Please solve this problem asap

We are getting new customers added to Zoho One, great tool for business BUT, inventory and accounting are critical to move 100% to this operating system, it is a lack of issues here regarding the conversion units ( sell vs purchase ), it is critical on decision to move to Zoho, and once they are here tryiing to develop on deluge a function that perform this conversion when generating a sales order and then back to convert to add to inventory on sell units, is is mandatory, Zoho should resolve this issue, the are great on support, this need attention and resolve asap.

they tried to do it and told me its done. but they never completed it. their lot number traceability is a joke. and you cant track assemblies. they are not able to understand complex inventory.

We have EXACTLY the same issue in Mexico! We are in building construction. We usually buy our merchandise in Cubic Meters, but we sell the materials in Square Meters, Pallets or Pieces. One cubic meter can be 27 pcs. or 10 square meters. 1 Pallet can be 60 pcs. or 2.196 cubic meters, etc... Weight and volume per SKU should also be included, not as custom fields but as working fields son they can be added up in Purchase Orders and shipment slips... It is URGENT. Small ERP system in Mexico already has it and is very ver simple: just adds as many measurment units to product and asks for conversion ratio. That's ir!.. Hope you have it soon...!

they have been working on it for over a year. they sent email saying they added lot number but the lot number cant be tracked on bundles. weird shit.

This is a needed feature. ZOHO has everything our business needs except this. As soon as this is available I am 100% onboard with ZOHO!

We need this feature in ZOHO CRM also, we sell worldwide and not being able to convert 1 meter to feet is killing our US customers.
