  1. Job Work Inventory

    Hi, Its really nice and great to use Zoho Books for the past couple of months, today i registered my organization for Zoho Inventory.
    But my problem is I supply parts on JOB WORK Contract, where Raw Material will be supplied by customer and we have to process based on drawings / specs provided and return to them.
    We have issues in making inventory of those stocks, primarily when the input by customer will in weight form, while the output by us would be in count form. There could be lot of other combinations of receipt and supply in this…

  2. import item image

    The ability to import item images.

    We have many inventory items, with similar names. Having item images is important, however, I have no way to import an image for items. It also seems there is no API for this.

  6. Sync Inventory with Suppliers feed CSV , XML etc

    Suppliers provides daily inventory updates via CSV , XML feeds .

    There should be an option in Zoho Inventory to configure the Product feeds and option to run daily , hourly basis to Sync inventory in real time.

  9. the ability to add a item to a sales order even if its created on shopify

    I need to be able to add a item to a sales order. All my sales orders are created in shopify, and i need to be able to add a item to each order that isn't in shopify and isn't charged to the customer.

  10. Fully Customized Templates & "Build To" List

    GOAL: A Sales Order will create an internal "Build to" list of individual items grouped within composites and then add any field w/in Zoho inventory to that template and style the info as I need.

    FEATURES:
    - Fully customizable templates similar to Zoho CRM templates
    - Reference any field info from Zoho Inventory
    - Display individual items grouped by composites on a single Sales Order
    - Custom field w/ Date pick value

  12. Ability to generate a pdf info sheet of an item or multiple items

    The ability to generate a pdf which is a composite of the item fields that could be provided to a client would be great. The ability to generate this for multiple items in a list would be the logical additional feature.

  13. Add calendar feature for Sales Order ship dates to Inventory

    Having a calendar display of Sales Orders that show on the dates they are set to ship is a great feature that ism lacking in this application

  15. ADD LETTER TABS

    GREAT PROGRAM BUT WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A TAB TO JUST CHOOSE A CONTACT BY LETTER INSTEAD OF SCROLLING. IT SOMETIMES DOES NOT FIND THE CONTACT BY SEARCH. A LETTER TAB WOULD BE GREAT.

  19. Allow package dimensions in Metric

    Good to see that Zoho have kind of caught up with the 21st century and now allow package weights in Kg (although they have spelt it wrong -KGS), It would be great if they'd finish the job and allow package dimensions in mm or cm.
    Better still have a 'Dimensions not required' option as Interlink don't ask for dimensions when we book them directly.

  20. RFP (Request for Proposal)

    Hi

    It will be very important a feature to request proposals to a VENDOR for particular itens that are already in the ITENS database or just a simple request for a new item.

    Then VENDOR can answer in 2 ways:

    a. Answer to the request by submiting a PDF proposal (that we should be able to se in the dashboard)

    b. Answer by filling a form that will alow to add lines of itens/prices, etc.

    We should be able to add this price lines and itens to the ITEM DATABASE if we want.
