It would be really helpful if Zoho Expense could track TOTAL miles per month for employees. In addition to knowing business miles, we need to capture the PERSONAL miles driven each month for those employees using a company owned vehicle so that they can be grossed up at year end. Our current paper expense tracking captures odometer reading at the beginning and end of the month to yield total miles. Then they must allocate those miles between personal and business. Ideally, sales reps would be prompted by the system to at least enter their odometer reading at the (beginning and) end of each month.
