Option to limit Submitters from recalling the expense report after 1st level Approval.
If this is not a feature, it will cause so much trouble for us. We have checked the receipts and approved it as a first layer. When the submitter recalls it, we have to re-check it ALL OVER AGAIN. Do you know how many receipts we have to look at per month?

I suggest Zoho has a system to allow submitters to save their interim expenses in Draft box. Until they have consolidated all claims and good to submit at one go, they are safe to click the submit button for approval. Once superior approved their claim expenses, system should lock it at security level to deter anyone from recalling the approved claim from further alterations.
