System fits us perfectly ...Thank you...but a check box in the admin section of reports....would be a great time saver since we wont have to export and reformat.

I hope there are more ways to customize the default PDF template, other than by group! Also adding a summary would be incredible so that we can sum by project at the end to see how much we are billing each client, but still the accounting clerk can see where she is classing the expenses under by group.
