Hi,
Given the Coronavirus pandemia, all businesses are going to suffer from a high level of late payments. Would it be possible to enable the possibility for our internal staff to decide what amount of an unpaid invoice we want to try to charge. This would enable us to get paid for at least 25, 50 or 75% of the invoice amount, in case the customer does not have enough money to pay for the full amount, but can pay part of the amount due.

While you record payment for an invoice manually in Zoho Subscriptions, you can edit the payment received. This way, you can record partial payments against the invoice.
If you’d like your customers to be able to make partial payments online, you can enable this under Settings > Preferences > Subscriptions.

Show Date/Month of Service on invoice
We are charging our customers at the first of every month. What we need is the option, to add a date of service/month of service to the invoice.
Because if we charge in example at the first of december, then the month of service for this charge is "December 2018".
This is very needed for German Market Customers!

Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.
In Zoho Subscriptions, the duration of the plan will be, by default, displayed along with the plan details in the invoice PDF. In case you have already given a “Plan description” manually, this will be displayed in place of the plan duration.
In case you’d like to display both information (plan description as well as the plan duration), you can insert suitable placeholders in the plan description.

Webhook notifications for Invoice status change
Suppose if the invoice status changed from sent to overdue, Zoho subscriptions should trigger webhook notifications.

I need the Option for accepting Offline Payments
We have Indian as well as Foreign client those do offline payments. so I won't that option to accept offline payments
1 voteHi Dhvani. At the time this ticket was raised, you can already accept offline payments in Zoho Subscriptions by manually recording a payment for a subscription.
