Feel free to post your ideas, comments, or suggestions in this space.

While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Dashboard

    While we need to view the sales during the Financial year, it is showing fiscal year from Jan to Dec. But in India the FY is Apr to Mar

    Hi there,

    By navigating to Settings > Organization Profile, you can actually change your fiscal year.

    Once you save your preferences, the dashboard graph will be showing the figures accordingly.

    Hi there,

    The ‘Sales and expenses’ in the dashboard of Zoho Invoice can help you know your sales and expenses for a whole year (spread across 12 months).

    Also, these figures are hard-wired to the reports and hence if you click on the sales amount of a particular month, you would be taken to the corresponding report so that you can monitor the health of your business better.

  3. Reconcile at end of year

    I would like to see the ability to generate a report that shows total income, total expenses and total profit for a selected time period. Monthly, Yearly? Also that ability to see expenses by category, or expenses by employee.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    You can navigate to the ‘Reports’ module and generate the ‘Payments Received’ and ‘Expense by category’ reports to achieve your requirement.

    Profit/loss cannot be monitored using Zoho Invoice. However, you can migrate your Zoho Invoice organization to Zoho Books and achieve this.

  4. White labeling url

    Hi,

    Is it possible to white label the url so instead of it saying login to zoho portal it would display your companies url ie portal.mycompany.com

    We would like to inform that Zoho Invoice offers a specific report called “Bad debts”, where you can track the details of the written-off invoices.

    Kindly navigate to Reports > generate the ‘Bad debts’ report. You can share your feedback to support[at]zohoinvoice[dot]com
