  1. Auto charge with bank account

    Have bank accounts be charged automatically (via Authorize.net) on recurring invoices and then mark the invoices as paid, just like auto-charged credit card payments.

    Hi Davani,

    We are glad to inform you that receiving automatic payments using ACH (e-Check) is completely possible using Zoho Invoice!

    To make use of this, you can either integrate with Authorize.net or Forte (these two are the gateways that currently support ACH payments in Zoho Invoice).

    When your client chooses to pay for a recurring invoice, he/she just needs to enable the “Use this account for future transactions” option (This would be available only if your client pays inside the client portal). For all the future invoices that would be created from that recurring profile, this bank account will automatically be linked as a payment option and your customer would be charged automatically.

    The other thing that needs to be taken care of, is the ‘recurring invoice preference’. If you wish to go ahead with the auto-charge, your recurring invoice preference (Settings > Preferences > Recurring Invoices) needs to…
