While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

    Would love to see integration to pay using Square. So easy to use for both clients and merchants.

  2. Receipt auto-numbering customization

    Receipt auto-numbering (payment number) must be customizable, same as invoice numbering.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are happy to let you know that the payment receipt numbers can now be customized, just like invoice numbering.

    You can try this out (by choosing the gear icon next to the ‘Payment number’ while recording a payment) and share your feedback to support[at]zohoinvoice[dot]com

    Hi Everyone,

    We’ve made it possible for you to charge your customer’s card from the Android app. This is available for WePay, Stripe and Authorize.Net payment gateways.

  4. Create a paylink

    Be able to create a pay link that the customer can send money and it goes to their account. We do many raffles for non-profit and instead of sending hundreds of invoices for this they could just use the link.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    A couple months back, we rolled out ‘payment links’
    in Zoho Invoice that can address your requirement. You can send out a link (without having to raise an invoice) using which they can make the payment. Kindly refer to our help guide here:

    That said, since you mentioned that you’re a non-profit and you’re looking to manage donations, we believe Zoho Checkout would be even more suitable for your needs.
