While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

    Ability to put products into multiple groups to create assemblies with estimated sales and purchase costs

  2. Sub categories / Group for items

    Enable sub categories for items. This will greatly assist in reporting sales / stats
    eg:
    Item Group :Pens
    sub: Black
    sub: Blue
    sub: Red

    Reporting to show total by item group and also by sub
    This way I can get a report on all pens and/or specific coloured pens

  3. import items matched on SKU

    When importing item, we need the ability to match existing items on the SKU or the hidden Zoho code. At the moment, you can only match on the Item Code (Name). This makes issues when trying to update item names.

  4. Bar Code Scanning on Items

    1. Be able to sell goods using bar codes instead of having to enter or search the item name or number.
    2. Use our mobile devices cameras to scan bar codes
    3. Capture items from vendors using bar codes 5 Price look-up by bar code

  5. Inventory by location

    Add a way to manage inventory by location:
    units in warehouse location 1
    units in warehouse location 2
    units on order / in transit
    Total units available

  6. Role limitation

    Cost of item, price book and invoice able to limited to specific user. I don't want my sale person see my cost, dealer cost and other user invoice.

  8. picture of item

    i am using zoho books, whle entering item, i need to have picture of the item, along with the item details, this feature must be added in it.

    if it is done it will make very easy what we bought last time or what we sold last time. like we have almost more than 5000 items, it is not possible to keep physical samples of all items, so keeping pictures with item description will give ease of work

  9. Option to hide purchase rate in Items on role setting

    Option to hide purchase rate or in Items in role setting because some data related to company confidential in software cant be show to other users like sales executive, billing clerk etc..

  10. Bulk Edit Item Prices

    Ability to edit the prices of items in bulk while uploading the csv file of items.
