Payment Gateway - 2Checkout
Earlier 2Checkout payment option was there for INDIA users, when creating invoice. I dont see this option now. I have 2Checkout Payment gateway and dont know how to integrate.

We now have the ‘Custom View’ option using which you can create customised views for your products, we also have this for other modules.

Landed cost
Landed Cost is important to keep your accounting and invetory expense acurate.
My business is importing products with different weight and cost and we divide shipping cost on the items cost. which this feature not in Zoho book.

freeze column headings in reports for scrolling
please allow (or permanently make) column headings freeze at the top of a page when scrolling. often times the Business Reports are so long that the column headings disappear when scrolling so it's hard to remember what's what when there are multiple periods being displayed

Aging Detail per Customer
Allow the generation of A/R Agings per Customer. This should be pretty simple to do as a filter to your current Aging Detail report.

You can use the aging details report and click on customise. You will find the option to filter by customer. You can also sort using the customer name.

Add Lines on Estimates in between other items
Adding a line item between other items will make workflow faster. Currently I can only add the additional item at the bottom and move it to the desired position. No option to add a line in-between other items.

picture of item
i am using zoho books, whle entering item, i need to have picture of the item, along with the item details, this feature must be added in it.
if it is done it will make very easy what we bought last time or what we sold last time. like we have almost more than 5000 items, it is not possible to keep physical samples of all items, so keeping pictures with item description will give ease of work

Ability to use Items customs fields on Purchase Orders.
I created a field for manufacturer. It works OK for Sales Order, but does not appear for Purchase Orders.
Example: I created the Field called Manufacturer. The info I inserted on record Item, I can retrieve When I use this item on Sales Order and Invoice. Why it not available on purchase order? The item you buy is the same item you sell.Please make this available.

You can now create custom fields for items and make it available for both sales and purchase transactions. While creating the custom field you can choose this option.

Vendor Contacts Sync Between Books and CRM
Currently Vendor Contacts do not sync between Books and CRM, leaving contact sync errors in the Books -> CRM integration. This seems more like a bug to me as it throws errors in the sync. This should be simple to implement.

Add a "Save and Send" button to the PO just like you have with invoices and estimate.
Adding a "Save and Send" button to the Purchase Order section will ensure that the PO is sent and not overlooked.

Add the "Reporting Tag" as a column to the report Account Transactions - so that we don't have to run report seperately for each one
In order to produce reports of Sales and of P&L by reporting type (designated on the invoices and expenses through the reporting tag) we would need to download each report seperately and then recombine - horribly manual and tedious.
The reporting tag functionality will only be useful to us when we can generate better reports or at least download the transactions including the reporting tag.5 votesHi there,

Like there is a role for STAFF which allows access to only the timesheet, there should be a role for Purchase Manager who has access only to create vendors and to create purchase orders
