Can't emphasize this enough. Right now I have to create a Zoho Project, have it sync to Books, and associate it to an estimate BEFORE they even sign the deal. If the deal doesn't happen, I have extra records that need to be cleaned up.
The relationship to other records in Zoho should NOT be the part that is frozen when you sign an estimate OR as this suggestion has it, create functionality to handle this after the estimate is approved/signed.
