    suggest you to make use of Balance sheet report with compare period option where you can compare the transactions for the months and by clicking on the amount on a particular month, you will re-directed to the transactions involved in that month.

    To view the report go to Reports ->> Business Overview ->> Click on Customize report icon ->> specify the criteria as per your requirement in Compare with field and click on Run Report.

  2. Allow the Timesheet Export option to export just the filtered rows
