    Has this been solved? This causes a lot of extra work for order processors to have to verify terms of a given customer BEFORE they make an estimate, sales order or the like. Most ERP systems support this. Zoho?

    Agreed here...when an estimate is approved and retainer invoice sent, the draft final invoice is created skipping the Sales Order step entirely. Logically, a Sales order should be logged once the Estimate is approved and BEFORE a final invoice is created. Is this possible? Anyone figure this out?
