    We use the CRM sales orders and are able to customize the sales order module to work as work orders including naming the module, creating templates and adding fields. We are just now starting to transition to using ZB for this and for estimates. We too are a field service company. It would be nice to at least change the name of the section in ZB to "Work Orders".
