   We would like to be able to
   1 - "schedule" future payments - simiar to the payments received module, just possibly "payments to be received"
   2 - have a payment gateway built for Network Merchants Incorporated (NMI)
   3 - have a workflow that "processes" these payments daily at a scheduled time at the gateway
