Seems like Zoho is really missing the chance to compete with Freshbooks and the others who are targeting the "gig" economy. Some of us have lots of "one touch" customers -- I do a job (in my case, assignment photography), send out an invoice, never deal with that client again. But at this rate, I'm going to blow through the meager 50 contacts in less than 3 months. As an independent contractor -- don't need all the bells and whistles of the bigger package, and I sure as hell won't pay double the monthly fee just to up the # of contacts. Seems like a silly corner for Zoho to cut. If they don't make this simple change by the time I run out of contacts, I'll be switching to Quickbooks or back to spreadsheets.
