    yes definitely a must. Should be customized, i.e. there should be an option to select the invoices that need to be updated.

    yes - there should be a customized download option for invoices, i.e. date range, customer as the most important criteria.

  4. A read-receipt option inside of Zoho books when emailing out invoices would be very helpful in streamlining our tasks
