  1. Allow projects to be set up as fixed fee but invoice can show tasks and cost per task instead of only by hours and hourly rate

    This! Exactly this.
    In my business, there is no hourly billing. Every project has a fixed total project cost.
    But that total cost is released in Tranches at various milestones.

    It would be a major convenience to set Tasks as Milestones and set the billing of the task as the Tranche associated with the Milestone, disregarding the number of hours spent on it.
