    If I'm not mistaken, I saw a similar post somewhere. Maybe on this site, maybe not. Either way, you need to be open with your significant other, as they need to know what you are doing. I wouldn't hide the information like that. It will be worse for you later. But keep your children safe from the submarine. Don't let them get close, taking an interest, much less watch it. It's obvious. My friend and his wife, who adopted one child using an agency https://fosterplus.org had a similar experience. They sometimes didn't fully disclose important details to each other, which caused their credibility to fall in the eyes of the child. It caused the boy to become stiff and most likely taken away by social workers.
