    I'd rather choose "regular" insurance (and actually I've already done that) because the mileage is almost the most important indicator for me, as recently I have bought a car with a rebuilt title https://american-reia.com/auto-insurance/a-complete-guide-to-buying-a-car-with-a-rebuilt-title/ and I'm very pleased with that purchase, as well as with auto insurance coverage.
