    To clarify: the Zoho Books app should have the ability to process card swipes/chips/taps directly, so it can be connected to an invoice automatically (just like the Zoho Books Invoice link does today). This means having a physical bluetooth card reader, just like Quickbooks Online has (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/payments/mobile/#readers)

    Zoho Books could go a long way towards this by enabling in-person credit card transactions by enabling Apple's new Tap-To-Pay system: https://developer.apple.com/tap-to-pay/ . This is the new modern "card swipe" technology, without needing a card reader :)

    There is an option to clone one of the default Zoho templates, but you cannot clone a clone. Like the OP, I have customized and named my own template, but now I cannot clone it to make the variations that I need.
