    Here is the message I receive. "Sorry! Only organizational email IDs can be used for sending reorder notification." My address is in the org. But according to support, the email needs to be that of the primary. Based on the text of the error, I'd actually say this primary email use only, is a bug. It should be fixed because the feature is useless for any business where the primary is the owner of the business and there is a manager who owns daily operations
