    agreed. i would love to see the feature also include a global default, per-client, and per-retainer threshold for sending alerts when a retainer drops to x% remaining. for example, we could set the global variable as: "send global / all retainer clients an alert when only has 20% retainer balance is remaining" - but, we would also be able to set different global override thresholds, such as: "send client X an alert when any of their client invoices reach 10% balance remaining," and, "send client X an alert when their particular retainer X reaches 5%." additionally, it would be great if these were all reflected right on the main dashboard in client portal: "#RET-2422: initial balance $1000 Remaining balance $200"
