To add to this, there is currently an Items menu that allows you to add and manage all items so when you create an invoice you can easily select an item and it will automatically load the rate or cost of a product or service and weather it is taxable or non-taxable. It would be great if Zoho Books could also have a Tasks menu that would allow you to manage all tasks to list the rate or cost of the task and also weather it is taxable or non-taxable as well. This way when you select a task for any project you can have access to the Task list which would work the same way as the Items list and would automatically load the rate or cost and taxable or non-taxable information when creating an invoice for billable project task and time.
