We have 3 levels of customers. Lvl1, 2 & 3. All 3 get their own pricing, and it is NOT based off of the same percentage for each item. Having multiple tiers (or levels) for item prices would make your program a viable option for our company. We have since moved on to a moch more expensive accounting software that offers us multiple pricing levels for each item. Even though we only use the software just for invoicing.
