    This would be great, I get many reports from different sources and the receipts come later and then I have to spend hours to match everthing up

    I vote for that, I get expenses from 5 different sources and at different times, so that I cannot sort them first and catch them that way. If the system would show this, I could then make sure. Would come in handy for the IRS filings.

    Yes, I vote for that, when I have finished a year, put it in a file. Caveat. If needed later, I need to be able to access the file anytime.
