An error occurred while saving the comment Mike commentedThis is so required. I have a client who has 7 stores - each under an individual incorporation. The only way for him to see his invoices is to create 7 different email ids! No surprise he refused - and we are left no option but to email him 7 times each month.
We are now in talks with a client with over 30 locations. I can see their Head Office already shaking their heads.

Yes - much needed. We have sales agents, each managing several client accounts. It is so necessary for them to be able to log in to all of their customer portals for training and support over a screenshare call with the client. Also, for invoice accuracy and payment follow up, it is essential for sales agents to be able to see what the client is seeing.
