Feedback to candidate that are in blackhole
In candidate login candidate should be able to view status of his application. The workflow set in candidate recruit based on what fields can be made available to able to view. Also send a snap shot of latest status every week if he opts in. Most of the companies don't provide feedback and end up losing candidates. Also once the candidate is on job is manager gives feedback at the client site we should be able to easily pass on through candidate portal. Records population to vendor portal
How do we push more fields from the candidate record to vendor portal? We want to be able to populate most of the candidate module fields. This will help vendors gather more data before submitting. Also vendors are able to load only one document. We would like to have them load other documents as well. For example along with resume vendor should submit non compete agreement, right to represent and VISA copy for candidates with immigration after candidate provides consent to save that data

Add number of reviews in bracket beside rating
It is nice to see rating but it will be good if you can have based how many reviews is the rating given. For example one person might be rated once with 5 star and other person has 4 on 20 ratings. Here we had more touch points with the second person. so would help is rating said 4(20). Once you click on 20 it should take to reviews & Rating section. we should be able to sort by reviews. Another thing is Zia along with looking at the skill set should also look at the number of touch points,…

Radius search
Zip code radius search is a basic, standard feature in almost any ATS. When will this be added? This is a critical search feature for any recruiter, particularly when you have a large database of candidates.
