Update bulk items selling price at one time
It's going to be much easier to change or update many items selling price at once.

You may be able to do this by downloading a CSV of the items you wish to update, changing the price in the selling price column then re-uploading. I'm under the impression that this will overwrite any changed data, although I haven't tried it myself yet.
