Multiple companies/projects under ONE master Customer & Portal
We work with customers that have multiple construction projects. Each building project has its separate budgedt, and its separate location. It is the same customer, so invoicing and corporate contact information is the same across all projects, but all orders, paymetnts, shipments, invoices, cost center, and Account Statement should be separate for each one. Also, this functionality should be available in the customer portal so the customer should be able to see how much it has payed and owes per construction project... Right now we are registering each project under a different visualization name (same company) so we have everything separated but we cannot give the customer contact access to the portal using the same email, so we're stuck right there... Does this sound like it could be a functionality that could come soon and solve many issues but at the same time be a great characteristic that no other small business software has n the market today?
