In quickbooks items can be put in groups. Groups are just a header with items or services under them. The group is not tracked. The individual items are tracked as normal. Tax rates for those items are separate as well. All the group does is allow multiple items/services to be assigned under one heading. Toy should have control of whether the heading is the only thing the customer sees.
