Integrate Inventory with Outlook
The facility to send estimates, acknowledgements, purchase orders etc through Zoho is great BUT, we use MS Outlook (Office 365) as our mail server so currently when we send an estimate or other document we have to create it in Zoho Books, produce a PDF and send it as an attachment in Outlook. This creates a whole load of unnecessary work. Would be better if we could "point Zoho" at our Outlook and tell it to use that for our outgoing documents, then we have one place to search for sent documents. Also, some of our documents go to customers that need it to be sent from a recognized and confirmed email address, which our "Zoho identity" isn't.
