While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Allow multiple shipping address per client

    Either multiple shipping address slot in contacts or make packing slip modifiable.

  2. Add in the ability to show Custom Fields in Customer Portal

    In Zoho Books - the customers that log in through Customer Portal should be able to see Custom Fields added in to their contact within Zoho Books.

    Would make managing customers online a lot easier!!

  3. Vendor Contacts Sync Between Books and CRM

    Currently Vendor Contacts do not sync between Books and CRM, leaving contact sync errors in the Books -> CRM integration. This seems more like a bug to me as it throws errors in the sync. This should be simple to implement.

    We’re happy to announce that you will be able to sync Vendor Contacts between Zoho Books and Zoho CRM, but your Zoho Books organisation should be free from “Both” type in the Contacts module.

  4. Restrict contact updates in portal

    Ability to control which fields can be updated by the clients in the portal and / or the ability to turn off any updates.
    Sometimes you dont want your customers having free reign to update even their own contact details in your systems!

  5. Link to return to Contact overview from within any transaction

    At the moment if I am viewing an invoice / payment etc the only way I can get back to the list of transactions for that contact is to search for them again. If I am reveiwing a number of invoices this can be time consuming.

    What would be useful is a "link" / button at the top of every transaction detail screen that will return you back to the Contact overview page.

  6. Please allow for more addresses to be entered in contacts. 20-25 would be much better!!!

    I would in the service industry. If you want to expand more to this field, then you will definitely need to allow a lot more addresses. We deal with management companies with tons of locations and constantly deleting and reentering addresses is tedious.
