  1. Create a Zoho Report connector for Zoho Books

    Although the possibility to add and customize reports would be key to make the most of Zoho Books, this could be a temporary alternative to allow users to extend the existing library of reports in Zoho Books

  2. Zoho Reports - Timesheet table from Zoho Books - Add User ID/Name

    When synchronising the Timesheet table from Zoho Books to Zoho Reports, it would be very useful if you could add the User ID & User Name of the user who logged the time. Currently the user is not supported. :-(

  3. Show "Running Balance" in account transactions report

    Show the running balance next to each transaction on account reports.

    Hi there,

    We now have the option to see the running balance of the account in the account balances report. You would have to select an account and click on the Show/hide columns option and check the option for running balance.

  4. freeze column headings in reports for scrolling

    please allow (or permanently make) column headings freeze at the top of a page when scrolling. often times the Business Reports are so long that the column headings disappear when scrolling so it's hard to remember what's what when there are multiple periods being displayed

  5. Add the "Reporting Tag" as a column to the report Account Transactions - so that we don't have to run report seperately for each one

    In order to produce reports of Sales and of P&L by reporting type (designated on the invoices and expenses through the reporting tag) we would need to download each report seperately and then recombine - horribly manual and tedious.
    The reporting tag functionality will only be useful to us when we can generate better reports or at least download the transactions including the reporting tag.

  6. BUG

    When the box for "View the time entries for other users" is unchecked (under Users > Permissions > Timesheets > Projects), each user is still able to see the time entries of other users when viewing the Timsheets Details Report. It should be categorized as a bug because currently, when a user generates a Timesheet Details report, they can't see all the logged time for all users when selecting an individual customer/project, but they can see all the logged time for all other users when selecting "All" under "Customer Names".

    A customer's Receivable and the amount the received should be shown together in a Report

    Hi there,

    We currently have the options to view statements for each customer in Zoho Books. You can go to the contact module, go to each contact and there will be an option to use generate statements for each customer. You can customise the statament according to your desired time range

  8. SEPERATE GST TAX SUMMERY FOR SALES AND PURCHASE

    There should be seperate sales summery with all gst collected detail and seperate purchase gst summry for tax paid .

    right now what zoho gst software shows is combined gst summery.
