Send Lost Opportunities by email notification! (can be daily digest)
I'm the admin. I set up the payment page. But my customer service deals with the orders and communication with customers. They don't have access to Zoho Checkout because I don't want to give them admin access (only one user role). But I do want them to know about Lost Opportunities. Those are customers ready to pay - they deserve a personal note! A daily email digest would be great.
