    This is now released at least i can access but i do have a comment if i select a customer for the expense the listing of non users should have the company contacts first then the rest of the people since i most likely would have a person from that company there. just saying you can modify the SQL to prioritize the company people first or add another drop down Users, Company, and Other. Company being the new one with just people from the Account selected.

    In US to claim a receipt you have to list attendees and have a business purpose, and if it is entertainment it is a different tax category. So having ability is must if you are using this for write offs so you don't get hit in audit. Also we should keep hard copies anyways.

    Why cant you give them a statement of accounts or reprint the invoice with the new payment amount. Also if they need 4 invoices. Make 4 invoices keep 3 in draft and convert when time comes.

    There is a partial to this being the package, if you change the title to packing list you have this. It is just missing some of the fields requested. Zoho needs to add the options for those fields.

    The date of your trip
    Your starting point
    Your destination
    The purpose of your trip

    So this part needs to have the inputs for this so that it is acceptable for proper reporting in the US.

    It would be nice if we could import price list for items, where the part number has a suffix. So we could say match part number to ABC-part number.

    Yes and then there should be a alert that if the sell price is below purchase price of the PO's.

    The option is there go to settings under items. You have to have i i would like to enable inventory checked.

  17. Composite items are not reflected as inventory levels (sub items) qty on hand. This makes this a useless feature

    Also when backordering a Composite item the PO generation should have the individual items in it not the composite SKU /Name. And if there is only one part needed it will only show the one item in the PO generated by the backorder.
