    This is already a feature.
    Navigate to Settings > Preferences > Items > Price Lists.
    Then you'll need to create the price lists for each customer and assign them in the Sales > Customers section.

    I believe this is something that could be added with the Automation settings and custom functions.
    Have a look at scenario 2 on Scenarios for Custom Functions on this link - https://www.zoho.com/uk/books/help/settings/automation-scenarios.html
