  1. add another address line

    We really need the address fields to match shopify. The biggest missing piece is Address 2. When we imported our addresses to test the product we had to lose Address 2 from Shopify on bill and ship to addresses because it was missing in zoho. Also the abbreviated state identifier would be nice to have. Only a field with the state filled out was available.

  2. The ability to make mistakes and correct them. It is really frustrating when you can not edit your custom fields.

    It would be grate if you could erase a custom field. And ok, maybe its too hard to edit all the registered logs. But at least being able to edit the custom field.
    Its really frustrating not being able to change something to make it work better.
    Also, if the custom field is marked as inactive, count it at 0. When you inactive one field and create a new one of the same type, you already reach the limit of that type of field.
    So please, having the ability to correct your mistakes!

  3. Make your Inventory more flexible

    It is better to be able add or remove feature. I do not need sky number, I need barcode number, but since you made sky to be there, by default, I am using sky field to scan UPC to that location. Also, ability to tracks item history must be enabled with or without initial quantity, and initial price entered. If anyone needs it, let them enter it, no problem. But system is not saving new items, without mandatory fields. It should be changed

    I would like to be able to add a manufacturer partnumber longer than 50 characters.

  5. Packing qty for each item

    in the items' tab there should be a place where it would be possible to indicate the packing. In our industry, as in many other business, the order qty is always rounded off to the packing qty. It's important therefore to have that information available when a new order is recorder after having chosen the item. Basically when I select the item I would expect to see the qty on hand and the packing qty. Possible the available qty as well. Without the packing qty the operator should always have to do back and forth from an excel file to…

  7. Statutory India

    Hi I test drived your product earlier last year around same time and was told that you are trying to fulfill the trade related statutory requirement of indian government. But Till Date you haven't implemented any.
    like for Excise sales by the first and second stage Dealer. Central Sales against 'C', 'E1', 'E2', 'F' form. Stock movement register.

    Even basic needs of Unique Identification Numbers like Serial Number, IMEI number or Vin Number could not be added for managing inventory

  8. Receiving Mis-packed Shipments

    So, sometimes a vendor sends MORE than what you ordered. (Usually, they mis-count with another SKU, and you have more of one, and less of another.)

    It would be nice to be able to receive over / under and be able to adjust the PO right then... meaning, still close the PO, with the inventory received, and any over/under is automatically booked as inventory adjustment. I will need to do this manually.

    Package status. "Awaiting Fulfillment" - This is an absolute MUST HAVE for a lot of businesses so that we know if the goods are ready to ship !!

  11. Importing currency code

    I tried to import 300 purchase orders with different currency code for different vendors but it did not get synced with the vendor, instead it took base currency as inr so 300 usd became 300 rs.!

  12. links to other forms

    In Zoho Books, for example when a sales order is made from an estimate, the hyperlink to the estimate is available to click in the comments section. However, in Zoho Inventory you have to click to view comments (which is annoying), but hyperlinks to other documents are not available. Is this possible?

  13. Ability to generate a pdf info sheet of an item or multiple items

    The ability to generate a pdf which is a composite of the item fields that could be provided to a client would be great. The ability to generate this for multiple items in a list would be the logical additional feature.

    ZoHo Inventory has the option between list view and kanban view and I absolutely love the kanban view. Can you add the kanban view in ZoHo Books as well?

  15. Allow to change quantity during transfer order receipt

    When we receive transfer orders, we should be able to change the quantities or batch/serial numbers at receipt. There could be damages in transit or batch number mismatches that need to be corrected

    please introduce integration with marketplace integration, so that we can manage our orders, returns, payments, etc from Zoho at initial stages start with trigger whenever an order comes invoice should be created in Zoho books

  18. Edit Tenplate for Package and Webservice connect

    I would like to edit Package with other names and add other data, I would also need to link via Webservice with the Peruvian control entity as well as with the invoices.
