Ship different sales orders in one shipment
Can we ship different sales orders in one shipment? I knew zoho inventory allows ship multiple packages from same sales order, but it should allow packages from different sales orders to be shipped together.

Integrate with Major Distributors (Ingram Micro, D & H, TechData, Synnex, Jenne inc, etc)
Integration with Major Distributors would highly benefit our company and possibly others. Currently the only software developers that do is Connectwise and AutoTask. Which we would have to switch away from Zoho to use their platforms. Being able to stick with the platform we love (Zoho) would not only help us but would put Zoho in the runnings with the competition.

Fully Functioning Warehouse Receipts, Pick Lists, & Delivery Orders / Bills of Lading
There should be a warehouse pick list, packing list, and delivery order or bill of lading for outgoing shipments.
For incoming shipments there should be a warehouse receipt pdf (in draft) that can then be marked off as actually received. Finally, the warehouse receipt should be able to span across multiple Purchase Orders. Most large companies receive multiple POs in one incoming shipment. It's silly to only be able to receive the items from a single PO at a time.
Zoho should treat these as fully functioning documents like the Sales Orders and Purchase Orders, instead of just giving us…

enable serial number tracking edits or activation even if historical transactions are present and not previously entered.
We need to enter inventory item tracking numbers on items that were not originally set up with tracking. We get the error ...cannot edit on items with historical transactions...
there should be an options to back fill numbers for items still in inventory as well as new items.

Composite items that are dependant on physical stock
We have physical stock of a sub component, but we have not received a bill even though the supplier has delivered the sub component. So we have physical stock. Yet we cannot make a bundle because the system ONLY works on bills and receipts. Why!? The work around is to trick the system by putting a dummy bill number, but that can lead to confusion.

Download Sale Order PDF with Open Positions/ Packed / Shipped / Invoiced
Our orders are quite big so sometimes we're not able to ship everything at once, so we make different invoice and shippments
.
It's really useful to see on every Sale Order how many items are Packed / Shipped or Invoiced.It would be amazing to download this view as a PDF.

Manufacture Label Printing
It would be awesome if it is able to support printing manufacturing labels such as PDF 417 code with a serial number and automatically sync to the invoice. Should be able to input number and print with a simple interface that our workers would understand.
And support for a batch number for semi-finished products before converting them to smaller units of serial numbers. Something like a lot number where the product is at a larger unit before dividing to a single product.

Allow attaching documents to items.
My company has custom products and/or modified versions of current products. It would be great to be able to attache notes & documents to items. This would also be helpful for easy access to datasheets, manuals and other customer facing items.

Job work
Hi
I need to issue delivery challan for sending raw material (fabric) to different manufacturers to whom I have outsourced production. The raw material goes as fabric (in metres) and come back as finished goods( garments in pcs). In order to achieve this process I need to issue a delivery challan along with an E-way bill for the raw material (fabric) being sent for JOB WORK. The manufacturer bills me for his service on the basis of per finished good manufactured (garment in my case).

Purchase order shipment tracking
Allow entering tracking numbers for purchase orders and show the status of the package for incoming shipments.
As an enhancement to this also allow for tracking drop shipments with tracking numbers.

Ability to auto-bundle batch tracked items within invoices
There is a current feature of being able to "bundle on the fly" within sales orders or invoices, by clicking on "Bundle Items" under the quantity field. However this doesn't work for batch tracked items. However it would be simple to add a dialogue box asking for which batch to bundle. (This somewhat connects to one of the big problems in Zoho Inventory - that every single movement of stock forces you to create a new batch number. This is not how batches work! Food Batches need to stay constant across the whole process, that's the point of batch tracking.)

Email notification whenever a package is created
Auto email the package pdf whenever a package is created to specific email ids, the email will act as a notification then we can generate the invoice of the same

to add Purchase Request and Item indent in Zoho Inventory
In zoho projects / Zoho inventory, for Construction industry, there is no tracking of above. Material BOM's required.we cant use Projects / Inventory completely. Please add the above.

Allow to choose an item group when creating a sales order
This should dropdown the items under that group during the sales order and allow you to pick the quantity for each one of item by attributes.

add a feature to track inventory within service trucks
Hi Zoho Inventory Wonder Team!
We have service trucks that carry inventory to a work site, and we need to be able to track the inventory individually in these trucks. We tried to represent each truck as a "Warehouse" but it's not working out. This is inventory that is not "sold" until it is actually used at a work site.

Edit Purchase order
Even when the status of Purchase Order is Partially Received, the purchase order is not allowed to be edited for those unreceived items. We should be able to edit the Items which are not yet received.
