Improve Inventory API for Purchase Receives
Right now the Inventory API for Purchase Receives lacks several simple features that would help syncing the data between Zoho and an app.
- Providing the "lastmodifiedtime" timestamp when making a GET request to https://inventory.zoho.com/api/v1/purchasereceives
Without that information, in order to sync "Purchase Receives" to our app, we need to fetch each Purchase Receive all the time.
If we had the "lastmodifiedtime" we could check if there were any changes and only sync the ones that had changes since our last sync.- Filtering by "lastmodifiedtime" We should be able to make a GET request to …

More than 1 medium of payment in a payment entry
Some customers pay a portion cash and a portion card, however, the payment entry only permits us to select 1 medium. Therefore we have to make a second payment entry. It should be possible to record 2 payment methods in 1 payment entry

Purchase Order - When a PO is approved automatically the name/signature of the approver should appear on the PO - Authorized Signature.
Once a PO is approved. Automatically the name and Signature should appear in place of Authorized Signature. If three approvers than all three approvers signatures should appear. The current signature process if applied on system can be misused. As signature appears on all PO's when printed.

Filter options for "Order fulfillment by Item" report
we like this report but it has a lot of info that is not necessary for us.
for instance we would like to be able to filter the data so that only items that have an amount shown (non zero) in the "to be shipped field.
in our case there are MANY items that have zeros for "to be shipped" so of no current interest. having an abbreviated report only showing the filtered field woudl be of interest

Make Available Stock Journals
We deal in two products AA and LA. LA is obtained by diluting water and AA. For ex. we dilute 2000Kgs of AA with 6000 Kgs of Water and obtain 8000 Kgs of LA.
So there should be a provision/ a Form so that we are able to enter the two items and get the third item. All these items i.e. Water, AA and LA items have been created and we are allowed to only enter Opening Balance.

vendor portal
I take products from the vendors on consignment basis and stock them in my warehouse. I pay vendors only when I sell those products. I would like to give access to vendors to see their respective stock positions, sales, expected payments, etc. Is this possible in Zoho Inventory?

Picklist confirmation
Can there be a feature to create a item picklist for sales orders through zoho inventory?
Currently, sales orders must be confirmed through zoho commerce in order to create a picklist for the sales order items through zoho inventory,
This function will be much more efficient for manufacturers to have a one step process through one program application.

Add a field to auto-total packs of items
Many of our items are sold in packs. Example: Type A Brochure comes in packs of 50. Currently, the inventory displays the item (Type A Brochure), and count (8) and the unit count type (packs of 50). I would suggest an addition customizable field that auto-totals the count and unit type. So, it would say that we currently have 400 total Type A Brochures (8 packs of 50), and if we sold 2 packs and went back to the inventory, it should show that we now have 300 total (6 packs of 50).
